To seize the opportunity to do direct, hands on service after spending my previous years coordinating service for others.

I am currently learning a lot about the Development and Operations world, and that learning is leading to ideas, which I hope to implement soon. It’s exciting!

Find a great restaurant and sit on the patio enjoying tasty food.

If you were a City Year uniform piece, what would you be and why?
The All Weather layered on top of the Bomber (I get cold)

Getting re-invigorated by the energy and idealism of the corps, and seeking their interest in messaging City Year to our champions in the community

Take full advantage of the opportunity to build relationships at City Year. The people you work for and with are tremendously talented, and not only can you leverage them for your future in many ways, but you may just find some of your best friends.

What was the most valuable lesson you learned during your time at City Year?
You can accomplish much more as a member of a team than you could working all on your own.
